I have court next week, and I used the solosettle back in march, but it did nothing. I tried calling to settle on my own so I don't have to go to court, but apparently solo suit has my power of attorney. I am not allowed to settle or speak to anyone because of this. What options do I have to settle now? I feel screwed because I used this site and now my wages are going to be garnished because nothing happened from using solosettle. Any help would be appreciated.
