A document that is filed with the court requesting arbitration. SoloSuit recommends using this document to respond to lawsuits where the original debt contract includes an arbitration clause. This is most commonly used against credit card debts. 

SoloSuit files the MCA with an Answer at the same time usually. In some cases, an Answer may not be necessary if an MCA is filed.
