LVNV has been suing me for a debt they claim they bought from a web loan I acquired in 2018. The paperwork they have submitted to the courts and to me states that I obtained this loan in June, 2019-over a year from the date of the actual loan.
I don't know how to prove that they are providing evidence that have been falsified. I can not afford a lawyer and have my court date coming up in July.
