Hello, I purchased the Motion to Compel Arbitration through SoloSuit back on November 7, 2022 but I did not mail to the court or the lawyer suing me because I was still undecided on how I was going to proceed. In the meantime, this case has continued to move forward and there is now a Court Readiness Hearing scheduled for April 21st, 2023 and a Trial date scheduled for May 5th, 2023, if I decide to move forward with the Motion to Compel Arbitration do I need to obtain another copy with a more current date? The one I currently have is dated November 7, 2022. Does the date matter? If so will SoloSuit provide another copy with a more current date since I already paid for it?
