I have a Trial Readiness Conference scheduled for April 21, 2023 and a Hearing scheduled for May 5,2023. I'm planning on attempting to settle using SoloSettle...I'm wondering if I still need to appear in court if I am in negotiations with my creditor? Or should I still appear as normal until I hear otherwise?

Yes, whether you plan to settle or not, you are required to attend court.
