Solo Settle

I've started the process with Solo Settle. The creditor sent me an email to authorize them to communicate with me by email, which I did. 10 days later, no response, court date is in 2 weeks, what now?

They are not meant to speak with you using SoloSettle. SoloSettle is meant to be an automated service where the plaintiff's attorney responds to the email. So that process has to be followed or else it will not work.

If you choose to communicate with them through email, then you are able to continue to do so and make a settlement on your own terms. We have a document that can assist you in doing that for $27 https://www.solosuit.com/debt_lawsuit_settlement_letter
