Hi,
Before I complete my order, I have a question.
On number 7 of summons, says I failed to object to accuracy of billings, refused, failed etc. I would like to add details to this, as I disputed this twice, to plaintiff, they ignored me twice. I have dates and times I disputed, so they violated the Fair Debt Collections Act laws. By doing this they have no case! .
