I was ordered in Nelson co Ky to pay restitution for a crime I had already served my sentence out. Is this double jeopardy? Also when I was ordered to go to court because I couldn’t pay first few payments I couldn’t go to court because I caught covid. I quarantined like I was ordered too. Now I’ve been arrested for failure to appear. How can I prove I had covid can someone ask judge to reinstate the payment plan.
