LVNV Debt Collections Validty

Hi, I’ve answered a summons and complaint with answers not recalling a $400 credit card debt sold to LVNV and their attorneys nearly two years ago stating that I do not recall of this debt and asking them to validate it, they did not respond to my answers for 9 months so the court filed for dismissal but then they reared their evil heads again. I recently had a pretrial hearing with a volunteer attorney who hasn’t helped me other than to try to force me to sign paperwork for identity theft but I told them no I do not recall the debt however cannot say 100%. I also want to file FDCPA violations for harassing phone calls. LVNV has a statement from the original creditor, creditone and the volunteer attorney says that is validity enough to prove it’s mine however I disagree. Any help/insight would be much appreciated. Thank you!!
