I had Sherriff's dept. serve garnishment on defendant at place of work. Well, the place of work (garnishee) did file an answer. So, I'm trying to file a default judgement against garnishee so I can get my judgement.

We responded to you via email regarding how to handle garnishment.
A default judgement is what occured to you and has caused this garnishment of your wages. You need to respond to it and the email shares how you can do so.
Our document does not help in counter-suing or helping you to begin something in court. We help you in responding.
