Can a credit union take u to court and garnish my wages for a judgement from 2012 judgment amount was $4536.11 and they garnishing my wages for $9,220.14 interest is $4372.03 and they got my vehicle way before that after we ask them if they could wait 2days for $ and they said no.i don't no how this works and I can't afford a lawyer
