I put a truck in my name for a friend I was just supposed to co sign and the salesmen came back and said it had to be in my name because of his credit I had told my friend millions of times no he kept on strong holding me and that day I had everyone looking at me and I did it. Now I am stuck paying the payments I am a senior on a very limited income and he is in prison for a long time . I have my own car to pay what do I do ? And he even went to Indiana after I told him not to and got into an accident with it . I wasn't able to afford the 1000 dollar deductible so it has a dented fender stick shift is broken and the right mirror and he got arrested for leaving g the scene of an accident what do I do?
