I’m my answer to a complaint and summons for a debt that is beyond the statute of limitations, do I include this with my answer or is this something I mention when I appear in court?

In the question where we ask if its beyond the time, you will input whether it is or not. And then you can bring it up in court if the judge asks for a hearing/trial.
