have discovered recently on November 4, 2022 that I received a notice that there is a request for default judgement for a collection lawsuit without me being properly served or having knowledge of being sued. Nothing by mail or received phone calls regarding me being sued either. Also the debt was what I thought settled by a debt consolidation firm I worked with years ago and it was removed from all of my credit scores over 2 years ago. I wanted to know if you are able to help me file for motion to vacate judgement of if there is a better option.
