I am getting calls from a debt collector regarding medical bills from 2019 which I had health insurance for. I have no idea how any would have been missed but I am on SSDI and have been for a long time so I can not afford to pay these bills nor do I want to because I know my insurance would have paid. If I write a cease and desist letter can they get an ohio court to give them permission to take any of my disability money from me, as this would be devastating. Thanks for your help in advance

Medicredit was hurting my credit rating with a collection account. I tried to remove it on my own but it didn't leave. I had to use the help of CREDITBOOSTHELPERS. They took it off for me.
