Hello,
What happens after my response has been filed? Its been 30+ days since I filed my initial response and I havent received any communication from the court, or the credit card company. My response was deny all.
Thank you,
Mike Powell

Lots of our customers, after filing an Answer, don't hear back from the debt collector. This could mean the debt collector has given up or is determining her next move. To find out what's happening with your case, you can either check the status here https://www.solosuit.com/posts/what-is-status-of-my-case and input the civil/case number OR call your court and give them your case number. Ask them what is on the case "docket" or what's happening next.

Thank you. I checked with the court and the reponse/starus is "the case has not been set". Do I just have to wait? Is there anything I can do in the interim while waiting?
Thank you,
Mike Powell
