Package charge

Hello I was doing everything on the portal I had signed in and had chosen the $47 package but got charged $197. Also I can’t get back into the portal. Please help me. Jodi Roshong

We apologize for the delay.  Please note that we do not work over the weekend. I have notified your legal support specialist that you want the Standard package to see if we can make the switch. If its possible, then we will refund you the difference, but unfortunately, if we cannot then we will not be able to refund the difference.

Please note that the Premium package is truly a great choice as a 3rd party specialized attorney looks over your document. It really could help with your anxiety regarding the case as it gives our customers the knowledge they have an attorney overlook their document to make sure that it stands in court.

Deja good morning. Please just leave it as is. I panicked. I have never been through anything like this. I have never been to court. I have never even had a traffic ticket. I am so upset about this and I appreciate your help. They were not sending me statements so I didn’t know I had this balance. Thanks again
