Can this happen without my knowledge or having it on my credit report ?
I have received forms in the mail:
MC-012 Memorandum of costs after Judgement, Acknowledgment of credit, and declaration of accrued interest.
EJ-190 Application for and Renewal of Judgement.
Original judgement entered date: Sept 6, 2012
Recorded Date; 10/05/12 and 11/02/12 for another county
On both forms there is an attorney listed for CAVALRY SPV I, LLC
Plaintiff: Riverwalk Holdings, LTD
Me as defendant
However I am not aware of any judgements, my credit report has been clean for years, I check it regularly and have a good rating and have opened credit accounts with three companies since 2018.
Thanks
