Twenty 23 years ago 1999 my vehicle was repossessed in ohio where I was a resident. Sued in 2002. Received no notice or letters of this happening or needing to be in court while I was living in ohio. I later moved to florida in 2006 and have been a resident for 15 years now and have been receiving from time and just recently letters from multiple lawyers that they are representing that creditor the sued me and or that I have been named in a complaint as filed with the county clerk of courts in the area in which I live. What is that best way to handle this situation.

Unfortunately, we do not assist with that. We help with debt lawsuits. You will need to reach out to free legal aid or your local bar association for assistance. We wish you the best.
