I have sent two Debt Validation letters, one with Resurgent and another with Portfolio Recovery Associates. I received letters from both. The accounts in question are mine, but I am not sure I owe the amount they say. I would like to settle with the companies. I have not been sued as of yet and was wondering if I should use your offer letter or if I should wait until I actually get sued?

The Debt Settlement Letter is usually recommended for when your initial answer document is received and filed by the court. If you want to make use of it you will have to send it on your own. You can find that service at https://www.solosuit.com/debt_lawsuit_settlement_letter
