Hello,
In June I sent a Solosuite debt validation letter to a 3rd party creditor. They responded in an email and not all the validation questions where answered. In the last 2 weeks they have sent a process server to serve a lawsuit. I live rural with a private gate so they have not officially served me. The server left there business card. I am not sure how to proceed. Thanks

You will need to be served with a Summons and Complaint to be able to respond. Without that there is nothing more you can do. Once you are served, then you can visit https://www.solosuit.com/debt_answer for filing an initial debt answer response.
