I was just handed this from my Sheriff today from Discover Bank. It's a judgement for a credit card that was opened in 2008. I had been making payments through Schreiber law for 2 years and Discover charged it off while I was making 50$ payments. When I checked my credit Karma it showed those payments never went to them. I'm not sure what to do next.
