Flex loan

I'm in Tennessee and just received a court summons over a flex loan from 2016. Is it beyond the statute of limitations or should I seek some arbitration? The amount is double the agreement.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide you with any legal advice since we are not attorneys. Those questions are best left to a court clerk, so please call your local court.

However, what we can tell you is about our service. To use us, you will need a Summons and Complaint. We help you fight a debt lawsuit where you avoid a default judgment, that is where the plaintiff's attorney receives an automatic win of your money. You avoid that and have a fighting chance by using us to submit your initial Answer document that the law requires.

Please visit https://www.solosuit.com/debt_answer and choose our Premium service with a specialized attorney to overlook the documents. If you live in FL, CA, TX, PA, IL, GA, or AL, then you will receive a 15min consultation. If you do not live in those states, then it will just be the attorney looking over the documents and making written edits if needed

Please note that using Standard or Premium allows us to send the documents to both the court and the plaintiff's attorney.
