Hello, looking at the Premium option and have a few questions:
1. The paragraphs in my COMPLAINT are numbered 1-31 then 1-4 across 5 pages, will the attorney review the debt answers to ensure the 1-35 answers are in the correct format?
2. The SUMMONS has both my name and spouse's name as well as "Doe 1 through Doe 10 inclusive". Is a single answer filing sufficient?
3. Can/will the SoloSuit logo in the footer be removed?
4. My court date is a year from now (July 2023). Is it suggested to file a settlement request right after the clerk receives my ANSWERS or is it suggested to wait and see if the lawsuit is rescinded by the plaintiff?
Any answers provided to the above will not be viewed as legal advice.
Thanks!

1. The specialized attorney will overlook the summons and complaint and the initial answer document you created on our website.
2 We cannot guide you with how to answer as it is giving legal advice
3 No it cannot
4 You can send the debt settlement letter once your initial answer is processed by the court. It is your choice if you want to wait until they provide a response or not as we cannot provide you with any legal advice on what best to do.
