My response letter

Yesterday, July 20th, I used the free tab to generate my response and was successful but decided to go back and use the Premium tab to get a review by a lawyer. Was able to go through it again and generate another response but everything looks exactly the same and I was never asked to submit payment. So I'm trying to figure out what to do from here. Can you help? Also I may have used two different e-mail addresses in my communication with you, so that may have added to the confusion.
