I felt I was just bullied into paying on a debt for a loan of less than $4000 that I took out back in 2010 or 2011 in California with a company called Wilshire Consumer Credit. I have lived in Arizona since 2012 and have moved around every year and a half or so.
I have not yet electronically signed to my consent of this, but I did elect to pay a discounted price of the debt. Isn’t this well outside of the statue of limitations?
Is there anything else I can do to try to fight this?
