I came home from work June 10. Gathered up my mail and started going through it. One of the items was a yellow envelope with just my name written on it. No address or return address. It was written like a teacher getting ready to hand out packets to individual student.
I opened this up and reading that it’s a lawsuit from Credit Corp Solutions Inc suing me for unpaid debt. I asked my family when did this come in, etc. according to my handicapped mother, some guy came to the door around 12:00pm-1:00pm In The afternoon, said my name, my mother said yes, gets handed this envelope and walks away. No mentioning of what’s in the envelope, no verification that the person answering the door is the correct person. Plus I was at work! I tried to read up I. California’s codes for this and I can’t get anything I regards having been improperly served.
Was I served or was I mot served?
