If I use your services do you follow the whole case to the end or just file the initial response? If so, Is there more fee’s associated with following the case just in case they Plantiff doesn't agree with initial response to summons?

That is a great question! Unfortunately, no we do not follow the whole case as we are not attorneys so we do not represent you where we can do so.
We simply help you in creating the initial Answer document and getting it mailed out to the Plaintiff's Attorney and the Court. This is a very important part of the process as it helps you to avoid a default judgement where the Plaintiff's Attorney receives the automatic win of your money. You will avoid that and get a chance to fight the debt.
If the judge asks for a trial, hearing, mediation, or anything else it will be best to call the Court Clerk and see what you should do.
