Getting Sued by Midland Credit Management

What I have done so far.

-Received a Summons

-Answered the all complaints using SoloSuit

-Filed the Answer and sent a copy to MIdland

-Received a notice of hearing (Case Management Conference) 6/6/2022

-Received a Declaration in Lieu of Testimony Pursuant to C.C.P

-Received a Proof of Service

-Showed up but the case was not called and had to look online at their tentative ruling.

-Still a little confused about what it says but seems that I have another court date with the jury present now on 7/26/2022.

Question:

At this point what are the best options that I can do?

Can I still send a debt validation letter?

Should I call or mail them to settle?

Go to court and hope for the best? What would I ask or say If I go this route?

Best Answer

You will need to speak with the Court Clerk. We help with sending the initial Answer. We do have a debt settlement letter and you can use it if you like. However, we do not send it out for you. Please visit www.solosuit.com and click More Documents

But any questions regarding legal advice or suggestions, should be directed towards the Court Clerk.
