I am being sued by a debt buyer but my original loan has an arbitration clause. How do I know if I file that or just file the “answer”?
Also how do I go about a possible settlement? After I respond?

If there is a clause, then you can submit our document "Motion to Compel Arbitration".
The best way to know for sure if you should do an initial Answer or Arbitration first is to call the Court Clerk and they can advise you whats best. We help with both the documents so once you have the answer, then use www.solosuit.com
