I have one summons on the 27th another for the 29th and another for may do I need to do them all separately? And pay the fees three different times and is they a way to get the letter there faster

Unless the summons all have different case/civil numbers, then there is no need to do multiple initial Answers.
But if they do have different civil/case numbers, then you will need to purchase our service twice.
