The initial Answer will be all that you need to send in writing to the Court and Plaintiff's Attorney. It will help you to avoid default judgement, which is where the Plaintiff's Attorney receives the automatic win. If the Courts need anything beyond that, then the Court Clerk will let you know. But the initial Answer is your written document needed to give to the court.
