I received a packet from Bank of America saying I was in default I never received anything where I could write an answer to the court not quite sure what the next step is I am now very nervous that they’re going to try and garnish my wages are the more research I do about Bank of America and people behind on credit cards with them or loans the more I find out how shady Bank of America is and how some people have made a settlement with them only to find out that Bank of America went behind their back to still file a judgment I really don’t know what to do next
