I have a debt from Capital One Bank credit card for $11,386 that was bought by LVNV Funding, LLC. I initially agreed to pay 30% ($3,415.80) but when I got around to putting the money together LVNV Funding raised the amount to $9,109.03.
Capital One Bank charged-off date 9/4/2017
The Account was sold on 8/2018
My credit score is currently 720. Please let me know how can your help me resolve this problem.
Thank you,

Hi Efrain, if LVNV sues you for the debt, you can use our Debt Answer to respond to the lawsuit.
In regards to settlement, our documents only help with settling a debt lawsuit, not settling a debt pre-lawsuit, at the moment.
If you have the agreed amount $3,415.80 in writing, i'd try hold them to it. It's generally advisable to get a Settlement Agreement in writing.
