I already had a default judgement awarded against me. It’s for 8000$ and I have 4000$ in cash. I keep trying to contact them to offer the 4000$ to see if they’ll take it and just forget the rest but no one ever answers the phone or responds to my voice mails. My major concern is that I don’t want someone to show up out of nowhere and take my paid off car to satisfy the payment

My default Judgment is now already in collections. I have a lean on my car And can no longer drive it because of the lean And not being able to reinstate my tags. I can't sell it are you and give it away. Also I am disabled and on the fixed income, Only receiving about $840 a month. The judgment against me is now over $7500. I'll never be able to pay that off. Is there anything I could do to be able to get this thing settled and taking care of.
