Sorry to hear about the fee waiver being denied. However, it is a decision that is based on the Court. To get your Answer accepted means that you will need to pay the filing fee.
If you are good with that, then we will need to charge you for not only the filing fee but also $47 for resending it. We must do the process all over again to make sure that it will be accepted.
