I have not heard nor received anything from the court or attorney. What do I do? Has your office received anything?

Lots of our customers, after filing an Answer, don't hear back from the debt collector. This could mean the debt collector has given up or is determining her next move. To find out what's happening with your case, you can call your court and give them your case number. Ask them what is on the case "docket" or what's happening next.
We appreciate you very much and we wish you the best in your case.
