Once we send out the Answer and the tracking number from USPS shows it has been delivered or we have electronically filed for you, then our part of the process is over.

We offer a settlement letter if you are interested in using that. It helps resolve the lawsuit quickly. A Debt Lawsuit Settlement Letter is a powerful document that offers the collector an arrangement to settle the debt outside of court. While you may want to win the lawsuit and pay nothing, agreeing to close the case by paying the person less than the face value of the debt could be more realistic. Offering to settle is most effective when it is sent to the collector soon after filing a document in the lawsuit, like an Answer. and you can find that here: https://www.solosuit.com/more_documents

Your new point of contact will be your Court Clerk if you need anything additional such as status updates. You can try to contact them by calling your court.

We do not help with representation, legal advice, or guidance as we are not attorneys.

If you are looking for possible legal assistance you can reach out to an attorney or free legal aid in your area. Or you can reach out to McCarthy Law here. McCarthy Law is a group of lawyers that help people settle their debts and win their lawsuits in any state in the US. If you think you'll need additional help with your case then visit their site. And you can chat with them for free. You can even call them on the phone: 877-204-3918

We wish you the best in your case.

How soon will I receive the tracking number or evidence of filing? I completed my answer today. I want to know how soon to follow up and when to send a settlement offer letter

Hello Jolly,

Please note that our process takes up to 6-8 days. Once you receive an email from us that we have sent it and provided the tracking numbers, then you can use USPS to track it and then call the Court to make sure its accepted.
