What if you have a Summons and no Complaint?

I do not have a Complaint, only a Summons. What do I do?

If you do not have a Summons and/or Complaint, then you can reach out to the Court Clerk. They can help you with looking up and then providing it to you. Once you have it, then you can ask them how long you have to send an Answer. Our service takes up to 6-8 business days to send to both the Plaintiff Attorney and the Court.
