I have not received my tracking number

Hello,

I have not received my tracking number for my answer to a summons and at this point, it will arrive too late to make my 30 day window. Why has it taken longer than specified to send? I paid for expedited service

We noticed you made the purchase on the 23rd of this month for Premium service. It takes up to 6-8 business days for us to process an order. Shortest amount of time would be 3 days, which we see your Answer was moved to "mailing" status. So it will go out either today or Monday the latest. We cannot guarantee it will be sent when there is a short deadline. 


Premium is not expeditated shipping. It includes us generating the Answer, a specialized attorney reviewing it, and then us mailing it out via USPS certified mail. We provide email updates with what step we are on. We will next provide you an email with the tracking number for USPS for you to track when it arrives at the Court and Plaintiff Attorney. 


Please note that Courts can be quite lenient when they know you are self-representing yourself.

I received a phone call from my legal support specialist on Tuesday, April 5th, to review my Answer. I was told it would be mailed the following day and would be sent the tracking number. It has been over a week, and I believe the reason for this is because of my email not working. The days for me to respond have expired and I haven’t received any updates since the 5th. If any emails have been sent to me since April 5th, could you resend them to my new email? Thank you and sorry for the inconvenience.
