Hi. I just prepared a response using SoloSuit. The pdf shows a digital signature of my name. I will be printing this form and mailing. Will the digital signature be considered legitimate? If not, how do I delete it so that I can sign the document?
Hi, we use what's known as a conformed signature. It is valid. In our experience it is accepted by all courts except one in Orange County CA. Here's our video explaining it https://youtu.be/TUPDALIQHSg?t=734
