Our “Tell My Story” section is not a place for you to write down everything that happened. The questions that are asked in that portion will help cover everything that the judge needs to know to understand your case to the point that you avoid default judgement (automatic win for the Plaintiff Attorney). You will answer I agree, I disagree, or I don’t know and it will tell the story of what occurred. Any other documents we will not add on to the Answer as it is not needed. You can save any other documents if the judge asks for a trial/hearing/mediation and so forth.
