Do you have a website or do you have a form that is to answer a complaint for writ of ejectment

Best Answer

Snobizzy123146, It's sounds like you're trying to respond to an eviction lawsuit.

A Complaint for Writ of Ejectment is essentially a Complaint for eviction, or an eviction lawsuit. Ejectment is an old school word for eviction.

SoloSuit's Answer document is optimized for responding to debt collection lawsuits, but you can actually use it to respond to any type of lawsuit. So you can get started at solosuit.com. If you choose the Premium package, we'll have an attorney review your document and we'll file it for you.

Ke Huang, sounds like you're being sued for a debt but you think the statute of limitations has passed.

What state is the lawsuit in?

The best way to make the collector prove the last date of payment and to bring up the statute of limitations defense is to file an Answer. SoloSuit makes it easy to bring up both points in the defenses section of the Answer. You can get started at SoloSuit.com.

Here's what we say in the Answer.

I need to have them to proof the last payment date >>

"Defendant requests that Plaintiff perform an accounting and provide Defendant with documentation that proves the amount that Defendant allegedly owes."

because it is past for 4 years >>

"Plaintiff's claims are barred in whole or in part by the statute of limitations."
