My original creditor was citi bank bought by cavalry and I was summoned in 2018, I didn’t appear in court… I haven’t heard anything since. I’m not sure what to do

Hmm. If you have the case number you can try calling your court and asking for the "docket information." They'll be able to tell you the status of the case. If you didn't file an Answer, it's likely you lost by default judgment. You can try filing a Motion to Set Aside Judgment and then filing an Answer, but that is less likely to work 4 years late.

I do not own anything in Texas and cannot pay the judgement against me. Will filing bankruptcy do anything to help?
